KAU Teams Won Prizes at the II International Student Project Competition

On January 22, 2026, the II International Student Project Competition “Relevant Projects: Searching for Ideas and Their Implementation” was held online as part of the “Economics 2026” Winter School organized by Almaty Humanitarian-Economic University.

As a result of the competition, two teams from Kazakh-American University won second place in their respective categories.

In the “Social Projects” category, the project “Jurekten Jurekke,” dedicated to socially significant initiatives and the development of civic responsibility, won second place.

The project team included Abdikhadyr Anel, Zholmukhanbet Ayaulym, and Beisembek Aiganym. Their academic supervisors were Tumar Asanova and Aigerim Rustemova.

In the “Innovative Projects” category, second place was awarded to the project “Production of Affordable Prosthetic and Orthopedic Products Using 3D Printing Technologies,” focused on implementing modern technological solutions in socially important areas.

The project was developed by Batyrbekuly Alisher, Karsybai Nazerke, and Aidarbekova Symbat. The academic supervisors were Tumar Asanova and Aigul Bildebayeva.
