Application Submission Procedure
Each applicant submits a request for accommodation in the Student Residence (hereinafter — SR) during the admission process, attaching all required documents, including documents confirming the student’s social status.
Places in the Student Residence are provided to non-resident students who require accommodation.
After the announcement of state grant recipients and completion of enrollment procedures, a specially established commission reviews all applications.
The application review period is 14 working days from the date of publication of the state grant lists.
Accommodation Allocation System
The university operates an automated accommodation allocation system for Student Residences.
During admission, each applicant registers in the university’s electronic database, indicates the need for accommodation, and uploads supporting documents.
Senior students submit applications through the electronic portal.
The system assigns points according to each criterion and automatically generates a ranking.
