Dormitory Allocation Procedure
Dear students, we are reposting information regarding the dormitory allocation procedure.
- Every applicant submits a dormitory application during admission and attaches all required documents, including proof of social status.
- Dormitory places are provided to non-resident students who need accommodation.
- After the announcement of state grant recipients and enrollment, a special commission reviews all applications. The review period is 14 working days.
The university operates an automated dormitory allocation system. Each applicant registers in the university’s electronic database, indicates the need for accommodation, and uploads supporting documents. Senior students apply through the online portal. The system automatically assigns points and ranks applicants.
