KAU and Shanghai Jiao Tong University: A New Direction for Cooperation

Kazakh-American University held talks with the Office of Global Engagement at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, one of China’s oldest and most prestigious higher education institutions, founded in 1896. The university is renowned for its strong educational and research programmes in engineering, technology, and the natural sciences and consistently ranks among the world’s leading universities.

During the meeting, the parties discussed potential areas of academic and project-based cooperation, including student and faculty exchanges, joint educational initiatives, the development of research collaboration, and the implementation of international projects.
