KAU hosted guest lectures by Aram Navasardyan, an international relations specialist, diplomat, and etiquette researcher. The meetings were organized in partnership with the Astana Diplomatic Club.
During the meeting between KAU President Asylbek Isakhov and the guest speaker, the parties discussed modern diplomacy and prospects for future cooperation, including the initiative to establish a student diplomatic club at the university.
They also discussed the possibility of continuing joint activities through guest lectures on business etiquette, international organizations, and conflict studies. Both sides expressed interest in further cooperation.
In his lectures, the speaker presented an overview of the history of diplomacy, official etiquette, and the importance of following protocol standards.
He highlighted the key features of diplomacy in different historical periods, explained the rules of conduct during official meetings and receptions, and discussed the importance of professional appearance and details in business communication.
Students listened with great interest and actively participated in discussions. The meetings were held in an atmosphere of open dialogue and exchange of ideas.
At the end of the lectures, KAU Vice President Dauren Dyussebayev presented Aram Navasardyan with a commemorative gift, emphasizing the relevance and practical significance of the topics discussed.
