The list of students who received a place in the Student House will be available on August 25.
General Information:
The Student House is located at 33/1 Toraigyrov Street (9-story building). The second building is located at 32 Ladygin Street (5-story building).
Each building includes:
- Student House Director
- 24/7 security
- Concierge
Students also have access to:
- Medical room and isolation room
- Laundry room
- Kitchen area
- Recreation room
Move-in Schedule:
Students can move in from August 26 to August 29, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Move-in is available only on weekdays.
All belongings must be fully moved in by September 5.
Move-in Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Documents
Required documents:
- Four 3×4 photos
- Two copies of ID
- Power of attorney or legal representative documents (for minors), or authorization from parents
Address: 28 Ryskulbekov Street, KAU University.
Step 2: Receive Your Move-in Permit
- Enter through the main entrance
- Turn right toward Gloria Jeans café
- Pass the security desk
- Go up to the 2nd floor
- Visit the Dean’s Office, room 235
At the dean’s office:
- Fill out the application or refusal form
- Receive your move-in permit
- Find your name on the list and sign
Mandatory medical check-up:
- 1st floor, left wing, room 108
Move-in is not possible without a medical examination.
Step 3: Move into the Student House
Address: 33 Toraigyrov Street.

Step 4: Payment
Payment is made immediately for 5 months (September–January):
- Double room — 50,000 KZT/month
First payment: 250,000 KZT - 4–5 person room — 40,000 KZT/month
First payment: 200,000 KZT
Important Notice:
Students may be evicted:
- upon expulsion from the university
- for violating internal rules
- for violating academic regulations
- for poor academic performance
- for regular absence from the Student House
Eviction is carried out by decision of the expert commission.
