Kazakh-American University once again became a place where ideas capable of shaping the future are born. At the invitation of Elena Sedykh, Chair of the TechnoWomen Strategic Committee, serial entrepreneur and investor, and with the support of KAU and the Yassa educational platform, Kazakhstan was visited by Dr. Paul Kim — a world-renowned expert in education, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
During his visit, Dr. Kim held a seminar and workshop at KAU titled “Key Competencies for Students in the AI Era.” The event brought together top students selected through a special competitive process, including representatives from KAU, KBTU, Narxoz University, Satbayev University, and Turan University.
Dr. Kim highly praised the creativity and entrepreneurial mindset of Kazakhstani students:
“Your students are among the most talented and promising I have worked with. With such human potential, Kazakhstan can become a global innovation hub.”
The event attracted attention not only from participants but also from the media. ICT Magazine published an inspiring article about the meeting, highlighting its importance for the development of Kazakhstan’s educational environment.
We are proud of our students, who demonstrated outstanding results and received high praise from a world-class expert. Media support motivates us to continue creating new opportunities for young people and advancing educational initiatives.
