Discounts at KAU: General Conditions for Applicants

When choosing a university, applicants and their parents consider not only the quality of education, but also its affordability. Kazakh-American University understands this and offers a well-designed discount system that opens the door to quality education for a wide range of students. In this article, we introduce the first and most accessible category — general discounts.

For those who prefer to plan ahead, a one-time payment of the full tuition fee for the first academic year provides a 5% discount. To receive it, it is enough to submit a document confirming the payment — a small but pleasant bonus for those who value certainty and convenience.

If several members of one family study at KAU at the same time, the university offers a 10% discount for the entire period of study, provided that academic performance is maintained at a GPA of at least 3.33. To apply for this discount, the following documents are required: birth certificates of all children, parents’ identity documents, a marriage certificate, and a certificate of family composition. Please note that the discount applies only in cases where at least two family members are actually studying at the university simultaneously. If one of them is expelled, transfers to another institution, takes academic leave, or completes their studies, the right to the discount is terminated from the following academic period.

Graduates of IEC and affiliated companies who continue their professional development within the framework of lifelong learning are eligible for a 20% discount for the entire period of study, provided that they maintain a GPA of at least 3.33. To apply, applicants must submit the original diploma and transcripts.
